Mastopexy (Breast uplift) - Case 1Case ID: 0600
This is a 45 year old woman with two previous pregnancies carried to term. At 5' 7" and 142 lbs., she has a calculated body mass index of 22. She is wearing a 34-B cup bra and is concerned with the sagging appearance of her breasts. On exam she has an underwire chest wall dimension of 30" with a grade 3 ptosis (nipples sitting well below the inframammary fold and pointing toward the floor). We went ahead with a mastopexy procedure and she is seen here about seven months following that operation. She remains the same bra size.
