Meet our Staff
The staff at Penobscot Valley Plastic Surgery is here to assist you in any way we can. Our goal is to have your experience with us meet your expectations and produce the results you desire. Each member of our team will make sure all aspects of your care are treated with individual attention. Each patient's needs are unique, every patient's goals and expectations are treated with concern and interest.

When you walk through our door you will first meet Carol Kwiatkowsky, our Patient Coordinator. She has over twelve years experience assisting Dr. McGill with the daily running of his office; Carol is currently a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders. Marge McGill, Manager oversees the overall operation of Dr. McGill's practice. Christine Mihan, our Billing and Personnel Manager will assist you with any of your insurance needs as well your financial questions for your cosmetic procedures. Danielle Dow, LA, is our licensed aesthetician. Her focus is to create a skin program based on your individual needs. Scheduling your surgery is in the competent hands of Lori Kinney, Certified Medical Assistant. Lori has been with Dr. McGill for over twenty years and has a great deal of experience in making sure all aspects of your care are treated with concern and individual attention.

Dr. John R. McGill, M.D.
Dr. McGill received his medical degree from Medical University of South Carolina, and subsequently completed his Plastic Surgery Residency at the same university. Practicing since 1978, Dr. McGill is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
